Our data recovery process is divided into several steps to ensure that you aren't paying for unnecessary services. First comes the intitial diagnostic during which our technicians determine your individual recovery needs and attempt to recover lost files from your hard drive, flash drive, memory card or just about any device that stores data. If successful, we will recover as many of the most important files as possible and contact you with an estimate to give you an idea of how long it will take to recover any remaining data. Data recovery is a time-consuming process, the total cost will be based on the type of device and amount of data recovered.
